It is ok to call it "your" language or alphabet even if it is not exclusively yours. A collective language is equally the "property" of anyone who is able to make use of it, I think. In fact I think that sharing something makes it even more fully yours. It is easy to get confused about this though if other people's example is anything to go by. It is ok to share though. Everything really is ok you know.
